Philip Cheng

Philip graduated from University of Sydney where he completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and also went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy. His passion for sports, exercise and helping people have been recognised by receiving the Dean’s Scholar Award and NSW Institute of Sport Prize.
With extensive knowledge in exercise prescription and a manual hands-on approach, Philip is able to achieve great results in post-operative rehabilitation and getting athletes back on their feet. Being an elite OzTag player, Philip understands the importance of a speedy and safe recovery.
Philip has special interests in ACL tear injuries, acute, chronic injuries and post-operative management, however after becoming a father he has developed a keen interest in helping new parents to getting back to their life with a new addition.
Philip has also undergone Rock Taping, dry needling and synthetic casting courses which are techniques used to facilitate injury recovery and assist in injury prevention.
In his spare time, Philip enjoys relaxing with his wife and son, playing OzTag, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling and spending time with all things to do with dogs.

Elijah Clemente

Elijah graduated from Macquarie University where he completed his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and his Masters of Chiropractic. Elijah credits his father for initiating his passion for Chiropractic. With knowledge and techniques passed from generations, Elijah saw the benefits of care early on from his Childhood. His initial years as a Chiropractor allowed him to work as a locum from the Blue Mountains to Singapore. The diverse demographics and cases of the clients allowed Elijah to make certain that each treatment sessions are comprehensive, tailored and educational.
Elijah has a keen interest in Acute, Chronic and Rehabilitation care management. Elijah has also expanded his interest in Pregnancy care after taking courses that specialize in the safe management and care throughout the stages of pregnancy and post-partum. Elijah’s personal experience of needing treatment has continued to further motivate him for people to experience the positive outcomes Chiropractic can provide. He enjoys being part of a multidisciplinary team and knows that a collective but focused approach to care can only benefit the needs of the clients.
With over a decade of Clinical Experience, Elijah utilizes a number of modalities and techniques to suit the needs of the patient. This can range from Manual Adjusting, Activator, Dry-needling, Drop piece and Kinesio-taping. Furthermore, Rehabilitation exercises and soft tissue techniques are also incorporated to ensure prolonged benefits to treatment. When he is not in the Clinic – Elijah is always keen to explore and go on any adventure big or small. He enjoys hiking, abseiling and goes to the gym to keep up with his lifestyle.
Elijah works at Evolve Movement Healthcare on Monday’s and Thursday’s.

Amber Zhang

Amber is a dedicated physiotherapist with a comprehensive academic background, holding a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a masters in Physiotherapy. She has built her career in a private practice, where she focuses on helping people manage their chronic conditions, recover from injuries and deliver exercise programs. Amber takes a people-centered approach to care, not just addressing symptoms but also working closely with her patients to create personalised exercise programs, as she is committed to providing tailored care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
Amber is really passionate about integrating exercise therapy into her practice, especially for managing chronic conditions and injury preventions. She believes in the power of movement as a key part of healing and staying healthy.
On Top of her main skillset, Amber has also completed extra training in Women’s Health and Clinical Pilates. This additional training enables her to offer specialised care for women, especially when it comes to pelvic health, pre and postnatal issues, and overal well-being. Her knowledge of Clinical Pilates adds another layer to her treatment, giving her patients a gentle yet effective way to build strength, flexibility and function.
Outside of her professional life, Amber loves to unwind by watching food documentaries, which spark her interest in different cultures and cuisines. She also recently picked up tennis, finding it a fun and active way to relax after a busy day.
