FAQs

What do I have to bring with me on my appointment day?

Bring your referral letter and imaging report if you have any. You can also wear your comfortable clothing for exercise and our practitioner can have better access to the body part. Having your Medicare card and/or private health insurance card will be handy, as we can claim on the spot for you here. Please arrive a little earlier if you are coming in for the first time or have a new issue.

What kind of clothes do I need to wear for my appointment?

We recommend you wear clothes that make you feel comfortable when you do exercise. You may need to bring/wear appropriate clothing that can expose the treating area if you are coming in for your knee, back, shoulder etc

Can I use my Medicare for my visit?

You are only eligible to use your Medicare if you have a valid EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan from your GP. Some patients may be eligible to up to 5 sessions per year. Medicare rebates can be claimed on the spot for you. Otherwise you can use your private health insurance. Rebate amount is based on your premium coverage. We can do instant claims for you via HICAPS.
